Windows explorer (taskbar) freezes and start menu disappears
There is only one problem: when I log in the first time as the administrator, windows explorer is in the start menu where it is supposed to be, but when I log on as any other user I notice that its not there. Is there a setting I don't know about, possibly in Group Policy? I appreciate the help.
